Shares issued when converted are not generally available to be traded the same day unless you are a "serial" noteholder and a brokerage house will bend rules, which happens less now.

Take Wilson Davis brokerage. You submit your documentation package, cert and your fee ($1,000 if over .05, more if stock price is less.) There are a couple of stages of reviewing...there may be requests for more docs from compliance and legal. Week to 10 day process...

Once green is given, there could be volume restrictions each day that limit how much you can sell
