I'm not sure, I decided to try placing a Buy order in TD Ameritrade & this is what it showed. With SRNW he tweeted that we saw he filed,etc.
I can see him sneaking in a filed form & let us find out, that works.

From what I can recall it was a point brought up in the past and those price points do align with roughly when the ticker went into the EM.
