The Def14C Information Statement set out the plan of the Company to amend its name to The Integrity Wellness Group, Inc., or some other similar name, and to effectuate a reverse stock split of its common stock of one (1) new share of common stock for each forty (40) old shares of common stock. The Company is in the process of filing with FINRA to make these changes effective.
