I have talked to vince a few times last year, and i stopped by at the new" office on a weekend that i was in Florida buying a vehicle, of course they were closed, and no sign out front, I have had no contact in months. I talked myself into holding until the attorney got them SEC compliant and poss name changed. who knows how long that will take? I expect some news soon, maybe with the first quarter filings?
