Aegis gets the shares and warrants from the company when the offering closes. It comes all at once and they would then distribute almost immediately to their broker clients that subscribed.
Aegis is not buying the stock from the market.
The issued stock will, however, be sold into the market by the clients looking to make their profit on the discount…assuming there is volume support to do so.
