Like back then there is nothing to make this move. Putting out PR about spending 400-500k per year to rent an entire floor in a glass tower in downtown Atlanta is nonsense for a Company that has ZERO income. But....the share structure could easily be increased and diluted to keep those lease payments current. Make NO mistake,the PR said that the lease belongs to Jade Art Group,not any of his private companies.

HOW does that lease get paid for Wayne, and what is the exact amount?


I've looked around down there on the web and seen rates as high as $47 per square foot. My guess is the rate that would be paid by JADE ART GROUP would be similar or MORE seeing how their nearly on the top floor.
