Maybe I should have been clearer.
Companies that need to resort to death spiral financing trend down in price. That obviously evidences itself in a chart. There are many other reasons that have the same effect and can result in the same chart pattern.

I believe that your "simple glance of the (any) ipix chart" shows a pattern that results from issues other than just their financing arrangements. In fact the need for their use of such financing (the cart) is a result of those other issues (the horse).
