because in the financials are found all material events ... which meets the requirements of a NON SEC Reporting Company ....
Now if you want to argue that companies don’t post material events in Financials ... our dialogue is FINISHED ... because you DONT READ Quarterly FINANCIALS ...
and YES A press release and Tweet are not a filing with the OTC... I NEVER said it was ..
