The 8s have dried up and those who accumulated all those 9s since the beginning of December will take a 22% haircut if they bail now. The chart drop basically stopped about the same time of the last share count increase and pretty much flatted out in the trips. It is still a long way to the typical annual release, will they wait and watch it decline more? Do they try to queue up a new shares with a press release knowing if it fails that it could get very ugly?
