I wasn't aware or didn't remember about those shares - what restrictions on what shares?

Maybe somebody jumped the gun and sold ahead of whatever is going to happen in two weeks......

I looked for a filing for the issuance of the restricted shares but couldn't find one. They did mention it in the 10Q, but doesn't there have to be a separate filing?
