Even privately owned companies must be incorporated with a government somewhere, and that information is publicly available.

So far, there is no evidence IRMEX exists anywhere....except in Paul Thompson's mind.

It should be easy to provide a link to the incorporation information for IRMEX, even if they are private.

Thank you, Dino, it can’t be denied that you’ve got some valuable knowledge that you’ve acquired by your owning 2 privately owned companies. Kind of puts a big kink in the narrative that IRMEX is imaginary doesn’t it? Especially, your factual point that not every company in the world, or mining sector, is listed in the pages of IBD.

A whole new leaky gap has been exposed in the sad narrative tale, but sure that will be quickly plugged up by some outrageous comment out of the playbook. Mexus shareholders will wait patiently for proof of those that use the MUST statement that “all private companies” must make of filing before going public to the SEC. Can you show documentation to back up that statement?
