I agree. And perhaps it was because of the last two terrible days he finally decided to tell us. But GS has a lot of irons in the fire (see his latest tweets concerning C*BV) so who knows how much of a priority GVSI is for him? Besides he did tell us that "It takes as long as it takes". Oh, and although he was speaking about another ticker, this might show his attitude for the unhappy ones here as well:

This is Not A New Hurdle...I don't believe this is a New Hurdle, this is not a new hurdle.

He delayed telling us back in Dec.2021 - Now 1-26-22 & Imply this just surfaced. GVSI Update, New hurdle I'm jumping through, etc....???? don't imply you're doing us a favor by telling us this new hurdle when you waited since Thanksgiving to Update us now.
I'm getting really pissed now, I feel like selling a quater of a million MORE shares at $0.01 to drop it more. then sell another 250,000 @ $0.0075

Give us a Positive update, not a (New Hurdle) you're jumping through.
We know there's a HURDLE you're jumping through, that's a given or else you would have Re-Submitted the form already, To us shareholders who are not gullible & who already OWN A Public Co. with a Ticker I could say but I won't because it's my brothers Public Co.
but a Family Biz to Us shareholders who read between the lines-this is common knowledge..

During the SEC review it was discovered that the designation of a class of pref shares issued by $GVSI's previous management is missing. On the SEC's advice, management has decided to withdraw the Form 10 and refile in December so that corrections can be made with the Nevada SOS.


Couldn't GS Update us with this info in Dec 2021?????
Or with a Happy new yr tweet in 2022???
when this "NEW HURDLE" was around $0.04 -/+ ???

This is not new Info... George Sharp just decided to tell us now this didn't surface now as a new hurdle. Come on man us shareholders are not as gullible as you think.

$GVSI update, new hurdle I am jumping through is that previous mgmt issued Pref "A" stock without designating it with Nevada SOS, i.e. conversion/voting rate, etc. SEC is a stickler on this. We are petitioning the court to either allow us to cancel them or assign designation.
