No, the OS and float are what count. 500 million AS is pretty standard. I do get worried if I see 2+ billion AS.

Going on a reply to your question already, it matches what OTC says for O/S, if it was different and higher, then they raised it for a reason, but since it matches, I would not be worried about it.

I don't see a guard business really needing money, unless for vehicles. They are doing van service to the VA.
