Well. at last check and by court order. Lehman and the BK court had a bargain that was stuck. The court said pay this amount of your (Liabilities)debt or your finished. Guess what?... we paid 100 percent of our bargain that was struck which took 13 point five years. We paid 100 percent. And still have 480 billion in assets... BY my calculation. As there is nothing that has been said to the contrary.
So, by the previous banking standard of Ten percent reserve, I believe we have more than enough. Why The NOL and What remains of the "Unaudited" Balance sheet. IMO So the assets still can be liquidated and still have 50 billion NOL If they haven't been deployed already. Technically we only need 24 billion that’s 5 percent of existing assets to get back in business. IMO
