It may not be perfect, but it is certainly a popular "fib", people have been living it for a long time now. .60 cents "Equal High Flat area" I guess so, but what we all know for a fact, is that .62 cents are right at 20% of the high 350 days ago. Is that close to the 1-year rolling average, or just another Technical FIB?
