Is there any reason you can point to for why it would go up?

Are you aware that this is a shell with a legal liability against it for $605K? Even if you argue that a debt-free OTC Pink shell should be selling for $1M, if you net out the $605K liability you're still looking at this only being worth only about $0.0006. And in reaching this valuation I've ignored that little matter of the super-toxic A-1 preferred shares.

$0.0006 is a LONG way down from here. Maybe it won't drop all that way, or maybe it will overshoot and go even lower. Time will tell. I'm still watching carefully, but I remain on the sidelines.
