The only "partner" is Regnum or Sevenscore. They raised a pitiful $1.75M today and made Fife's loan even more toxic by giving him 5.4M shares. They dumped Nadir not because the future "partner" demanded it, but to have a clear scapegoat when the SEC and DOJ come knocking. "See he was the bad guy operating on his own without our knowledge and when we found out we fired him!"
