Greg is and always has been in control here like we have all been saying that’s why. Steve is a puppet period. This is just another one of Greg’s lying scams that now he has drug his father and family company into.
Greg has no shame and doesn’t care who he drags in as long as he is getting paid. Let’s face it one huge red flag has always been that Greg makes more than his father the CEO. That Greg doesn’t have to file a form 4 and gets loads of free discounted shares. I hope the SEC is following this and sees how in control Greg actually is and he gets his in the end. If he is the one in charge of and taking care of all of these loans but doesn’t file a form 4 to hide his share sales he should be in huge trouble for this.
