I think this is the year... 2022. Prices may stay depressed for awhile longer but it should start creeping up as it gets closer for Lamberth.

But IMO, this will be an admin driven recap/release and not a court one. Just the pure fact that everyone knew the answer and final outcome of the en banc... but the court was willing to still punt/stall to give the govt face.

The allegiance of the court is not to lady justice. The courts are there to ensure the survival of the United States of America. Lady justice comes second.
