Yea because everyone else is ignoring the real problem of dilution.

so Let's see a $5 billion shelf at $3 per share is 1.7 billion shares to be sold. With 300 shares o/s now that's 85% dilution.

Seems kinda bad to me, but what do I know I've just made $3 million shorting this stock for a year.
