It wouldn't make a difference to mssv/gscg if Laho tried to go public again.

The reverse merger is completed with gscg and mssv per the terms of the 5th revision to LOI.  See the 10q posted 12/22/21 on the news tab next to the board tab.  The financials explain everything.
