VXIT doing a Reg1A filing today, where they are trying to market like you said to get the BIG GUYS (Qualified Institutional Buyers (“QIBs”) and Institutional Accredited Investors (“IAIs”) and maybe the Hedge Funds as JK had pointed out in one of the company tweets) to invest, and also they want to uplist at one point to the Nasdaq (small cap hopefully). This tells me the following:

1) These "BIG GUYS" will not invest in a company if they do not see value, which means that VXIT already has contracts in hand, that is why they are approaching these "BIG GUYS".

2) They want to uplist to Nasdaq (Nasdaq small cap with uplisting price of $1), which I believe will happen with the large contract(s) news, I am hoping in the Airlines and other industries.

The uplisting to Nasdaq IMHO will happen without a Reverse Split, as the "BIG GUYS" don't like that as well, as it is telling them that you are uplisting without value if you do a reverse split and a big one, with current price of 0.0032, it would be 1:315, which will not happen as JK knows that this is not in the best interest of retail and the large institutions/investors.

So I believe having said this, we should be seeing some big contract PRs in the near future, that would cause a large VXIT share price increase. JMHO

I would really appreciate your feedback/thoughts and the feedback/thoughts of uptick1000, crazy horse 0, structengr, PENNIEStoSTACKS , stervc, ChannelTrader, beer$$money, bucks2pennies, OTC_Hussle, Puma31, retiredminer3, drewdawg, kingcooper, BDEZ, and anybody else are welcome for your DD/comments.

VXIT - "Institutional" = Big Money -- They are getting their ducks lined up to directly market the VirExit opportunity to:

Qualified Institutional Buyers (“QIBs”)
[+$100 million in securities on the books]

Institutional Accredited Investors (“IAIs”)
[+$5 million in securities on the books]

The risk threshold for larger amounts of cash to achieve funding goals faster is the direction here.

Just as easy for these guys to plunk down $1,000,000 as it is for people on this board to throw $1,000 at buying some shares.

Only, they do (or are supposed to do) a little more DD before any plunking of cash than retail traders that roll the dice.
