We need to check the state Delaware's fee-based website with BUNM to see if any "Reinstatement" action like its peer (KGRI) did most recently (on 11/01/2021) or any annual reports or any management/board changes?

If the company do "Reinstatement" and 8-K filing as its peer (KGRI) did most recently then BUNM should be Upgraded to the OTC Pink-Sheet market very soon...

The state (Delaware) website (see the link below) will be a key place to see if any corporation action for BUNM!

Of course we wish BUNM to be further Upgraded to the "Current-Information" OTC tier like its peer (PBHG) is now!
