Yup over 2 months for both of the recent CE removed tickers but OTC is more active removing CE's now so maybe they will accelerate the process.

My guess is it will take between 2 weeks to 2.5 months (mid-April) to get CE removed, once Paul submits Fins and Legal Letter. Just being realistic here based on past OTC Ce removal history. Hopefully sooner than later OBV.
