cliffvb: I don't think homebuilder stocks should be as high as they are, since we are in a rising interest rate environment. In days of yore, before zero interest rates, rising interest rates were a drag on homedbuilder stocks.

I am not selling my positions, but I am nervous, thinking the hedge funds and other big players will flick the switch to sell.
