Jim Kenney has been the Chief Compliance Officer since 2016.

I recall one of the shareholder lawsuits required UDF to hire a compliance person (or something). I assume this is the guy that was selected.

It'd be nice to know if he thinks everything the execs did was hunky-dory (if it wasn't for those meddling Bass kids) or if he's been pushing for change the last 5 years.

I sure hope we don't have to wait another 5 years for a one-page "shareholder update".
