Pctl could put together a packaged max Recovery/Extraction, Clean up and Capping ( RECC ) Package would include all government paperwork/ applications/ required reports . A pctl plan of action for each well Certifcation of completion. Well owner would have to do nothing but sign a comprehensive contract. Note many if not most are mom & pop wells.
Does mike Sims & Brent at RBC realize this potential how bout GG start lobbying congress… it’s a political w,w, w for any politician to sponsor. Environmentalists will jump on this.
