As a shareholder I disapprove of you forming a relationship with ACAP Financial. Doing a lot of research on the corporate officers of FPFI and they are toxic.

If you move forward with this, I will have no choice but to contact the below law firm and inform them of your intention.

If I don't hear back from you by Wednesday, I will be making a phone call. Furthermore, I'm informing all the shareholders about this DD I have found.
