Back up to .38 and on to .50 no debt and huge revs and merger looks to be completed by the new office listings on their website huge profits coming ,companies business is doubling ,demand for their service is through the roof!
Grasping & understanding the magnitude of this merger. Here is a bit of knowledge from having been involved in the logistics business decades ago.
Unique Logistics International (UNQL) is primarily focusing on The Asia-Pacific region because that is where it counts at the moment with the current supply chain frenzy if you will.
I encourage investors to look at what this company is doing because this is what will inevitably make them a billion dollar company.
The company has several offices in the Asia-Pacific region and are continuously hiring personnel. This is where Mr Ray Sunandan’s experience comes in handy. Man power is much cheaper in the Asia-Pacific region and this company is already well established in those parts as we are all well aware. Now, look at the locations of US offices. They’re also established in every major international connector… New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, etc. They have further build rapport with management from Pittsburg International Airport for a faster less alternative connections option.
They are now capable of handling major distributions and have partnerships with airlines such as Korean Airlines, Cathay Pacific Airlines, and Qatar Airways.
So, this is how it goes down… Company A for example has a major distribution in Vietnam that needs to go out and be distributed in several states in the US. The company picks that up and consolidates their freight with additional customers freight… Let’s keep in mind now that e-commerce is coming into play here as we saw the recent link, therefore, more consolidation. The freight is then shipped air or ocean to a major connector where the shipping company picks it up and breaks it down in their office for distribution into the several other US states. This is the reason why revenue growth is increasing rapidly and they feel that the company should be listed in the Nasdaq exchange with all the other big players.
