I realize all that. This would be for the correction of legit shares. I've been thru' plenty of RS with OTCs. It's the kiss of death. But this would be ONLY to straighten out the share situation....... please READ and comprehend my post before attempting to "school" me!!

what about a Forward Split? I have seen it happen several times(in OTC markets). Because of over-inflated market prices of the stock. It was always an indicator of good things to come. And it never failed. In our case with AMC, all (INCLUDING SYNTHETICS???) shares have to be counted and the split goes ahead as scheduled (for example 4 / 1 - meaning you get 4 shares for 1 share after the forward split, and the value of our shares stays the same). The absolutely crucial question would be: if there will be a forward split only a TOTAL share count including all synthetic shares hidden in the dark pool HAS TO BE DONE and revealed to the public via a big news letter stating this incredible criminal fact.

There should be other means to force a total share count without a forward split and in any case WITHOUT a RS. I have seen too many companies being destroyed (not only OTC, also NASDAQ) by a RS. And let's not forget, the psychological momentum (our feelings, our fear, or whatever you call it) plays the decisive role before, during and after a RS. There sure wouldn't be any positive outcome for AMC retailers.

This is my private opinion. I hope it does make a little sense.
