I am certain Nader Pourhassan will end up in federal prison. The email from the Amarex discovery establishes motive and intent to commit a crime. So the DOJ has a bare minimum with which to go after Nader with, the expanding investigation is to add not only another nail in his coffin but determine who else was engaged in criminal activity.
