Utter nonsense. First, George must file a new Form 10. Next, it must be accepted, which is not guaranteed.

Then OTC makes it current, then it needs to get solicited quotes back.

At that point, it’s ripe for merger. But we’re a long way from that point and the market agrees which is why the pps is .018

Nah. But I do hope the "We've just filed the GVSI Form 10" news is announced soon. :-)

Seriously, who would have thought that, back in May of 2021, that it might take A YEAR for GVSI to become pink current? I dare say only a few, if any. :-(
