10Q was reporting failures to pay vendors/post bond on 1/10/22. That is far from "old news." NP was stopped from talking about the financials last week and any positive statements he would make would be considered "false and misleading" after the 10Q statements that was clearly stating significant negative financial information.

CyDy's share price will drop to virtually worthless if the company files for bankruptcy.
