this is my 15th posting of the evening, I am with you on the questions bro. I still remember the hemp land deal that never happen, I for one don't trust bishop think he,s up to his same old tricks and maybe the newbies here don't know bishops past, but its worth a try lets see what bishop is up to this time.OCM made millions on the hemp deal too bad he,s sitting in jail now and barred from trading again his assets were frozen and his real name and address was published online that's crazy.

So the list price for The Plant is $16,791,700. If you look at the disclosure on otcmarkets.com dated 1/3/2022, it's an offering circular selling 50,000,000,000 shares at a value of... You guessed it.

"to offer up to 50,000,000,000 shares of our Common Stock. The Maximum Offering Amount has been reduced to $16,000,000."

Seeing that there is only 60,000,000,000 authorized shares and ~8,500,000,000 are already outstanding... All shares are gonna be tapped out if he has to sell them all to raise capital to purchase. No bueno.

No way in hell anyone would loan NNRX any money. Zero revenue and supposedly only ~$142,000 in assets. The assets are probably Bishop's and his wife's cars... that were bought with investors money.

Sorry... Just my 2 cents, but the past performance and lack of transparency of this CEO doesn't give me much confidence.
