It's not surprising that two companies that are partners and share ownership would share business strategies or facilities. There's nothing nefarious about that. Moreover, both companies are getting marketing (I assume PR) and branding advice from Kevin Harrington and Steve Mandel. Also, the Chairman of Kronos' Board is described on their website as...

Dr. Vyacheslav M. Abramov is the Chairman of the Advisory Board A leading financial professor, Dr. Abramov holds a PHD in mathematics from Tel Aviv University with more than 30 years of unparalleled experience as a financial and mathematical statistician, software engineer, algorithm and computer database developer...

...Dr. Abramov is highly skilled in predicting financial markets and crypto-currency fluctuations

Also, Kronos manufacturing facilities in West Virginia could compliment Bot's Mining Rig Repair and Refurbishing business. It wouldn't be a big step for them to enter the mining rig manufacturing business since they are already including Doge Coin miners on their air purifiers. Kronos has indicated that they want to make their supply chain more home grown and less dependent on foreign manufacturers. This is the main reason they've stated for opening their West Virginia operations.

Not true, they are different. The BOTs title says "One of the first public companies to accept Shiba Inu". The Kronos site title says "Kronos advance Technologies became the first..."
