Yman,

"Personal hygene and common sense goes a long way in defeating covid or any virus.
What I'd like to know is has the 10k been paid by the co to start the clock on becoming tradeable."

Of course you care about being able to trade, I would guess the majority of shareholder would too.

But after nearly 15 years, what has the CEO done to move this belong a Pink Sheet ? Why wasn't 10K done way back ? Did someone really think voluntary basis would be acceptable ?

Update on new SEC reporting requirements

We are pleased to announce we will be filing regular reports with the SEC on a voluntary basis. This process does not mean Nanologix is uplisting to a different status, the Company will remain a Pink Sheet company for the time being.

Research and Development on the Rapid Viral Assay (RVA) continues at a research university and additional information will be released this summer.

True about the flu but it's not the only reason. If you read through this FAQ on Estimated Flu Burden I think you'll be surprised how little we have ever tested for or kept actual records of any cases of flu above the age of 12.

https://www.cdc.gov/flu/about/burden/faq.htm

We have been looking specifically for covid using PCR tests for everyone, how many flu test where administered?. Was good to see FDA drop the EUA platform for PCR and recommend one that can distinguish flu from covid

For whatever reason, we're only now catching up to the idea using of rapid home tests. Can't say this company didn't have time.
