There is No Way Berman would subpeona any of his fictional 'cabal'.
Because We were all telling the truth. And we can prove it!
Whereas berman wasn't and he can't!

As JC says, doing so would not help his case!

And the prosecution doesn't need us there to speculate over facts that they have now robustly established and verified for themselves, either.
Not when they can use his own development partners, his own investors, his own shareholders, and far from the least of all, his own words (written and spoken) to hang him out to dry with.
