Dolly, SRAX wouldn't force the stock into the trips, they would be cutting their own throat. The market however could if they don't like what they see from management.
On the other hand, it is very possible that SRAX will complete an RS, which carries a high probability of impacting the value of your holding.
Investors don't like to see companies complete a RS, since a lot of companies in the OTC market pull this off and then turn around and issue more stock and drive the value of your stock down even more.
What many here are hoping to see is the company retires stock with the AS, followed by strong financials and gives shareholders clarity on what the business model looks like going forward.
A number of us are waiting for this information, before we add any serious money to this ticker.
