They had the shell warning symbol at some point and it ain’t there now, and has not been for a while. That’s all I know.

I mistyped--CTYX specifically was not a shell.


Prior to becoming CTYX, the company was a "shell" in 1995 (as per OTCmarkets). You need to go back from 2007 back to 1996. It was listed as "Frozen Assets" aka "shell in '96,. But it was a shell --which governs the rules for insiders NOT being able to sell until the current company becomes fully reporting.

Someone who lurks here (never posts) sent me a PM. They had shares from the CTYX days. The broker -Wilson Davis--said their legal dept. said it was ruled as hell back in 1995-96 time frame.

Which correlates with the "Frozen Assets" designation on OTC Markets when it was "National Boston Medical Inc.".
