Never a doubt! It was obvious when the dilution dried up.

Over the Summer & Fall an avalanche of positive info kept emerging.

New lines of credit, new major customers, agreements with note holders & the list goes on.

Just got a Q that dwarfed positive expectations.

- 2 Q net sales $405.4 million.

- 2 Q Income, UP 190% to $5.7mill

- Adjusted EBITDA for the second quarter up 89% @ $4.2mill

& the merger has not even come to pass yet, IT WILL !

So today the stock aggressively wipes out yesterday's tiny losses.

Up 38% on Massive Volume that actually increased again going into the close.

More & more people are learning about an OTC stock trading @ less than .04 that has NO TOXIC DEBT while doing hundreds of millions in revenues & ACTUALLY REPORTING PROFITS.

Yet there are those that would argue we're not worth multiples of a buck?

Any hint that the merger has already become reality (last month) & $2.50 is not out of the question.
