Confirmed I am unable to trade UNSS and/or other CE stocks via Schwab. Was worth a shot :(. I tried via the app and desktop. In both instances I received a message stating I need to place the order via customer service i.e. phone call. Unfortunately, after being on with customer service for about 20 minutes, they said they are unable to place the order because of the CE.

Thanks Bueller. Noticed VNTA AL was filed on November 5th for qtr ending Sept 30. That was the last filing/disclosure I could see for them.
