Geeesh... this is the front load to the inevitable PR that will awnser all those questions...buy.. dont buy...the 10q said No changes to the SS..500M Float..(that's OTC gravy) NO Lawsuits or Litigation NO new issuances The New CEO was just listed on OTCMKTS last week (the 10q was more than likely already in the pipeline)..
The company knew the 10q wasnt necessarily going to be anything to write home about...so why have your Grand Announcement clouded with a crappy quarterly..thus the reason I believe they waited..
This is a clean shell and the ->NEW<- CEO is savvy and well educated holding several patents and has Founded several companies that could offer shareholders value with Intellectual Property and immediate revenue streams with License Agreements and production
