Jason Sheasby is requesting the case be transferred to Central District of California for "Expediency"! A lot of documents many redacted. 7 of them are Google suppliers of infringing Products that are redacted.

With that said, Sheasby is a pro at the top of his class. Whatever the reason, I assume it's a good one. Obviously this will create a delay unless there is some other strategy involved. I wish we could see the redacted documents.

Sounds like that may be the case Mac. Very good point. COVID not helping
things.

The more I read into this case the more confident I get. My previous posts still stand.
