The Virex web page shows an automated manufacturing cell.
appears if I am right Virex test technology can produce alot with its automated manufacturing cells ????? with limited space and few people to man the production so they can ramp up production easily ???
. In the automation world of robotics and/or automated mfg. lines, you can produce a tremendous amount of product, with very little labor. Most of the labor needed, is Que product for cell, technicians to trouble shoot a cell problem and boxing of product (if not automated and palleting).
Assembly lines can only put out as much product as the constraint...meaning the slowest process of the cell. The constraints move from one area to another when improvements are made.
There has been talk of how many test kits can be made per month. Its actually broken down to more micro levels than that, to a pph (parts per hr.), ppm (parts per minute) and parts per second .
so I believe that is why Virex has the automation production systems ready to make them already ????
anyone know the final answer ???
