so basically he is broke

he hyped up this stock last year on fake merger rumor to sell millions of shares to fund his miami/costa rica lifestyle
Well He ran up even more debt than company can afford when they dont make any money > None for last 3+ yrs
Only survives by selling stock

Now is the BIG STOCK SALE > Dilution of 500,000,000 shares at .02

predicting the stock price will now go down under .02 and then he will have to lower his offering price to 0.01

he blew it, had his chance to hype this up again, as I was hoping he would do the hype thing again, but this filing says he is in favor of massive dilution

Please remember orlando does not know how to manage money, run a company or navigate the public stock business so my prediction is this will go down even more

Selling expenses More than profits is not a good way to run a business.

1,900,000 in debt, reason why Greentree Financial doesnt foreclose on this business is because the business has NO ASSETS, nothing, its a website.

He needs to sell shares every quarter to pay interest charges
that means he will need to make up headline news to hype stock price so he can sell shares

only way any new idea gets any funding is if he sells shares = dilution
what happen to Costa Rica boat dealership, military boat sales rights, building a new fishing boat? All ideas that are either fake to keep stock price up or ideas that will never be finished because there is no money to finish them

I always thought his idea for a costa rica boat dealership was a scam and a reason to pay for his family vacations in costa rica, or did we buy him a vacation home there? By him talking about this to promote his stock is actually fraud.

All this, stock price dropping like a tank and he paid lots more in compensation in 2021, how does that happen?

best thing for orlando is to find another company to take him over, reverse merger, because he has no talent to manage or run a business, the stock price should go below .01 because of all the coming dilution, so my prediction is trips
