I just verified by phone the O/S for CDCH is 161.5 million after subtractiong 29 million which will be cancelled upon payment of a debt upon the JV being done. My previous figures were from the Sept AGM meeting I attended and the president of CDCH saying the o/s was 135 million. Since then the property per I.R. has been increased 4 times for approx. 29.1 million added to the 135 million to equal the 161.5 million O/S.

I did not have this information until just now.
