thanks I was reading the redditt board this morning and a poster claimed that they had manufacturing infrastructure set up in the US already for their new testing products or ie contractual agreements to produce them

maybe they got it wrong ??

It could be in the University. The MA location would definitely NOT have it and DE location has a very low probability of having it.
