Two stage process. Everyone believes closing the BW deal will make the price soar. Then they file an 8K to do a buyback? WTF? Stupid is as stupid does! (Forrest Gump). No, they say they are going to close the deal after New Years, which everyone wants. Then, they don't do it and everyone gets frustrated and some sell, taking the price down. Then, they announce a buyback for February with some inside entity for the closing price on Feb.28. After they have their shares, they close the deal with BW in March. That's what I think will happen. Total speculation on my part. I could be 100% wrong. Trade on my theory at your own risk! Not my fault if you lose money, but I don't see how you could lose at these prices, or lower, over time.
