It seems to me that our bioreactor is larger than anyone else's because of the patents covering how it functions. I'm uncertain just how great the capacity is, but while others may be producing nuggets, we may be producing 18 oz. steaks, lobsters, etc. if we truly have that capacity. I can't tell you just how much we have, but I gather it's substantially more than anyone else, and it's covered by patents.
I don't know if you create a steak from a single cell, or several of them to get proper marbling, etc. Does on cell provide all the information to make a quality steak, or are several needed to do it properly.
