They are buying real estate with those shares, the question is will they be successful at turning that real estate in to profit. Market cap is very low here so increase in share price wouldn't take much. I've thought about adding more, but I have a feeling an RS could happen here. If it does I hope they reduce the OS accordingly so that the dilution fear factor doesn't happen. I would prefer the RS ASAP, so that I can add afterwards.
